Volunteers will be recruited on the basis of a competitive selection process. There may be general and specified positions available, depending on the needs of the various communities. All successful applicants will undertake a series of training elements before commencing their placement including cultural training at a broad and specific level, a short sport and recreation training course and first aid certification.
